Nice to have you back!

I must be getting rusty. I have installed Webmin and it appears to be running since it answers with proper server IP and says to use https if I try to use http. Entering https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:10000 yields

This site can’t provide a secure connection

[server_IP] sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

What can I do to connect?

To answer my own question, Fedora Vortexbox install does not include SSL support leaving two options:
1- Install SSL
or
2- Change Webmin to no SSL in miniserv.conf
