New 2.5 install was working Now No GUI in Browser?

I have a new 2.5 install on a Dell optiplex 9020. It seemed to be working Gui would come up in the browser. Ripper working. I loaded my collection from 2.3 VB backup and now the GUI won't load on any browser. VB2.5 shows up on ip scan, as well as on the Myvortexbox at the top of the site. No Gui, and I could not get it to connect to a Sonos system. I added the share to sonos and it acts like it sees it but won't initiate a scan. I have had a 2.3 system for years and it worked fine. ideas?

We'll need more information to diagnose I think. Does this problem persist after a reboot? If so, are any useful error messages shown during that reboot? Are there any clues in any of the log files?
