RAID status on Vortexbox home page

Hi All

Just reinstalled VB 2.4 on my HP Microserver after crash, but can't find the link with instructions on how add the status of my raid array to the VB homepage.

I remember before I had a line with UUU to show that all the disks were up.

Also recall that it grep'd /proc/mdstat and added to a php file

Could someone please send me the link if it is still out there.
