Does someone remember how to setup music ip on the vortexbox?

Wasn't it just as simple as 'setup musicip' ?

I think you will find the fingerprinting server is no long active, so unless you have a previous database of your files it not worth trying. A new plugin was started called don't stop the music which does a similar thing and works okay.

Actualy it doesn't matter if the MusicIp server is online or not, when the program is started to diagnose music-files it first check's the online database for a similair entry, if it is not in the database it starts to calculate the fingerprint on it's own (it uses the processing power of your local machine).
If you want to try/use MusicIp I suggest reading the Spicefly Sugarcube website, as it has wealth of gathered info of this wonderfull abandoned software.
