how can i make a bootable dvd without iso for vortexbox 2.5?
Easier to use the instructions to make a bootable USB.
That said - you might be able to open an older vortexbox iso using isomaster and remove files not needed and add files from the extracted image of vortexbox 2.5 the save as an iso.
