Forum Registration Problem

I am a newbie here and didn't notice anything wrong with the registration process. All seemed to be normal, system didn't request to pay. Had to wait for moderators approval for sometime but it's fine. Maybe it has smth to do with IP, I am on vacation in real estate in lake Como here.

A former member contacted me regarding problems with registering for the forum. He says that when he tries to register he always gets a pop-up saying 'You must select a paid subscription to purchase.' I tried to create a new account (with a new username and different email address) and also received this exact same pop-up message. So something is not working correctly.
