Forum broken: attachments ?

Does anyone know how to proper attach a file/screenshot to a post, or to rephrase does anyone see attachments in any post not created by themselves

I know how it's supposed to work but I cannot see any attached file in posts created by others, when I click I get the message:

Invalid File Specified

When I create a post and attache a file I can see it in my post but when I login on this forum from a different pc, I cannot see the attachements which I previously attached...

BTW I'm normally on windows using Firefox but the same result testing on Chrome...

I posted an iPhone attachment and could see it with both my iPhone & iPad however cannot see other posters attachments.
