    I was reading about the soon to be released Linux as a subsystem, any chance that Vortebox would release an app once fedora is supported?

    When I read that windows has restricted it's use to terminal, I thought ah, that sounds like a case for vortexbox!

    Sounds like you are talking about the BASH shell for Windows 10. This is not true linux just a BASH shell on top of the Windows kernel.

      So BASH will operate emulation mode Linux binaries on the Windows kernel. I wonder if they differ in performance from Virtual Machines then.
